An LL.M. graduate of the University of Vienna, certified in Intellectual Property, and a member of the North Macedonian Bar since 2012, Arta is recognised for combining legal precision with strategic vision. She advises multinational corporations, private investors, and industry leaders, providing the clarity, discretion, and foresight required to protect assets, manage risk, and secure long-term growth in today's interconnected markets.

Tugce has a solid background in human resources. Holding an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, along with an Award in Payroll, she is well-equipped to support employee development.
