Arta Hamzai is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Visio Consultancy, a multidisciplinary advisory firm delivering strategic legal and business solutions across corporate, international, and regulatory matters. With more than 14 years of high level practice, she has led complex cross-border structuring, multi-jurisdictional reorganisations, and dispute resolutions, guiding clients through the legal, financial, and strategic demands of operating on a global scale. Her expertise is grounded in a deep understanding of diverse legal systems and the ability to align them seamlessly with commercial objectives. An LL.M. graduate of the University of Vienna, certified in Intellectual Property, and a member of the North Macedonian Bar since 2012, Arta is recognised for combining legal precision with strategic vision. She advises multinational corporations, private investors, and industry leaders, providing the clarity, discretion, and foresight required to protect assets, manage risk, and secure long-term growth in today’s interconnected markets.

Neil Grixti currently holds the position of Senior Lawyer, having joined Visio Consultancy in 2024. Neil read Law at the University of Malta where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Advocacy degrees in 2019 and 2020 respectively. He was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2021, and in 2022 obtained a Professional Award in Taxation awarded by the Malta Institute of Taxation. He assists clients on a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including all aspects of entity formation and restructuring, commercial contracts, SaaS and technology licensing, franchising, employment issues and intellectual property protection. He also advises on privacy and data protection matters. Neil has a sound knowledge of the local and international tax landscape and advises clients on a wide array of corporate and group taxation issues, including the design and implementation of tax effective restructures. He also advises and assists clients wanting to take up residency in Malta, both from a tax and immigration perspective. He has served as outside general counsel to a diverse range of companies, including crypto and AI start-ups, leading affiliate marketing firms, white-label online dating software providers, iGaming businesses, and fintech companies, with experience spanning both past and current engagements across these sectors.
