Visio Consultancy is seeking a qualified and commercially minded Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join our multidisciplinary team in Malta.

Key responsibilities
- Corporate and commercial law, structuring and regulatory matters
- Maltese taxation and corporate transactions
- Company formations, restructurings and liquidations
- Commercial agreements and corporate documentation
- Employment law, AML/KYC and GDPR compliance
- Liaison with authorities and professional advisers
Candidate profile
- Degree in Law
- Corporate/commercial law or corporate services experience
- Strong knowledge of Maltese company law
- Taxation experience is an advantage
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English; Maltese is a strong advantage
- Eligible to work in Malta
